Terms & Conditions

1. Vibrant Venues makes no charge for their venue finding service, it is free. 

2. Vibrant Venues can accept no responsibility for payments of any kind. You, the client, are responsible for all payments to the venue.

3. Vibrant Venues will work for you on an exclusive basis. If Vibrant Venues book a venue for you and, after receiving the details, you book the selected venue direct or through another agent, Vibrant Venues reserves the right to bill you for the full value of Vibrant Venues' anticipated commission.

4. It is Vibrant Venues' intention to recommend a selection of suitable venues to meet our client's specifications. The venue will be solely responsible for the event on the day.

5. Vibrant Venues recommends that the client visits their chosen venue prior to their event to familiarise themselves with any terms and conditions relating to their proposed event. Vibrant Venues will not accept responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances arising, during or leading up to an event.

6. Clients are advised to insure their events against unforeseen circumstances.

7. Instructing Vibrant Venues to carry out a search is interpreted as your acceptance of Vibrant Venues terms and conditions.
