  • 1. What does FREE mean?
  • Vibrant Venues works on a commission basis with the venues in question. No Finders Fee is payable by the client. If an event is cancelled, no commission is paid to Vibrant Venues and no compensation is sort from the client.
  • 2. Is the commission added on to the rates quoted by the venue?
  • NO! If you were to contact a venue direct, you will almost certainly be quoted the same or possibly higher rates than quoted to Vibrant Venues if they made the same enquiry on your behalf. We use our established relationships with venues to negotiate the best possible rates on your behalf, Vibrant Venues is totally independent allowing us to be totally impartial when recommending suitable venues to our clients.
  • 3. When could you expect Vibrant Venues to respond to your enquiry?
  • We will telephone you immediately on receipt of your enquiry. Depending on the size of the event, the nature of the enquiry, we will negotiate a mutually agreeable time to submit our proposal.
  • 4. Are we a venue finder or a directory of venues?
  • We are a venue finder rather than a directory. We save you time and money by doing the work for you rather than arming you with a long list of venue contact details so you can spend precious time searching yourself. Our service is to find you the venue you are looking for by identifying suitable venues, contacting each venue to check availability and rates and then send you a detailed proposal of the venues available.
